  1. We will gladly accept online returns within 7 days of your order shipment date.
  2. Contact with Customer Service for processing your refund with all parts remain intact with complete packaging, if your order was selected duplicate uniform e-invoice, you don’t need to carry the invoice when you do the refund.
  3. Merchandise should remain unopened. Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged as per the original purchase. Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Toys”R”Us.
